semantic error!!!

hello
when I run my MINLP code,GAMS return a “semantic error!” in below I put that message:

.
Semantic Error F:\newGAMSdir\225m\logdisj.dat at (1,14): Disjunction identifier Y already used by GAMS model.
Advise → : 1 semantic errors have been found when the analisys of F:\newGAMSdir\225m\logdisj.dat was in progress.

.
and when I click on error in LOG window, GAMS show me MODEL STATISTICS that I put below:

.
MODEL STATISTICS

BLOCKS OF EQUATIONS 59 SINGLE EQUATIONS 203
BLOCKS OF VARIABLES 20 SINGLE VARIABLES 99
NON ZERO ELEMENTS 409 NON LINEAR N-Z 78
DERIVATIVE POOL 12 CONSTANT POOL 31
CODE LENGTH 661 DISCRETE VARIABLES 8





anybody can help me to fix this non-red error(my code is free from syntax error) ?!
