Hi Everyone,
I am a new user of GAMS. I need to generate a random network and
assign random (fixed) costs to the arcs of the networks. Have you ever
work on this kind of problem? I am able to generate random numbers in
tables. The problem is generating a random network and assigning the
table of costs to the network. Your any kind of suggestion would be
much appreciated.
