No module named 'gamstransfer'

Dear:

I have installed the GAMS Python API and when I import the gams* model it works, even I have already run my model in gams from python, but I am trying to import the “gamstransfer module” in python and I get the error ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ‘gamstransfer’.

I need help please. Thanks in advance!

What GAMS version do you have installed? GAMS Transfer Python was introduced with GAMS 37. -Michael

I have the 3.8.8 version of python

Sorry, I have version 30.3 of GAMS. What I want is to import parameters and sets to my model in gams from python. can you give me some help?

As Michael said, GAMS Transfer is available from GAMS 37. Please install the latest version of GAMS.
