Hi all,
I am solving a non-linear problem using IPOPT solver but the program terminates with the warning: " Exit: Maximum CPU time exceeded".
As far as I know, the default maximum CPU time for IPOPT solver is 1000s.
Is there anyone know how to increase this maximum CPU time or any tricks to save memory and time in solving non-linear problem?
Thank you very much!
Kind regards,
Ni Le

Hi Ni
To increase the time limit for the solver use the option reslim as described in the appendix E of the gams manual.

Hi Mohanraj
Two remarks:
-
First of all, don’t reply on a question in the list, with an unrelated question, but start a new thread.
-
Second: Please take a closer look at the guidelines to this forum: If you follow those guidelines, the chance that someone will help you, will increase from 0.1% to over 50%...
Cheers
