installing GAMS on windows

Hi,

I am new to this group.

I’ve just downloaded GAMS installation file: windows_x86_32.exe and
trying to install (as normal use as well as as administrator, I’ve
unactivated firewall and anti-viruses) but got the following error:

Unable to execute file in the temporary directory. Setup aborted.
Error 5: Access is denied.

Can someone help me please?

Sorry for messing, solution to my problem was simple - it was firewall
which was blocking, in spite of being un-abled - I just needed to re-
boot the system. Sorry.
