how do I change the solver options with emp?

I want to solve a bilevel problem (actually a nash game but writing it
as a bilevel problem with a dummy objective function seems to do the
trick) but I want emp to use PATH instead of conopt. How can I do
that?

You should not do this as a bilevel program.

Just formulate it as a Nash game and then PATH can be used. The hark-oligop model in emplib is an example of how to do this.
