how can i implement the gdxio lib?

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with implementing the gdxio lib in my program.
I want to make use of some API Declare Statements from the gdxio Lib,
but cannot find the lib at all (already searched the “complete”
internet for it)
Can someone tell me where I can find this dll?
