this is my gams model.But it says Gdx file unable to open.What should i do ?

Hi Tugay



This can happen, if your gdxxrw command causes an error (it can’t find the table, or other reasons). In that case a gdx file is not generated.

You can add Trace = 3 at the end of your gdxxrw command and see what the error is in your output window.



$CALL GDXXRW.EXE tablolar.xlsx par=dij rng=bmuzaklik!A1:AF82 Trace=3



By the way, see the guidelines for this mailing group: One of the guidelines is: “send the self-contained, executable GAMS code that reproduces your problem to the group”. It would be easier if you would attach the excel file, so one can reproduce your error.
