GAMSpy License Problems

Hello together,

I obtained the academical GAMSpy licenses for network and node.
While the network license works fine with local execution, it gives the following error when trying to use NEOS as client:

gamspy.exceptions.GamspyException: The solve has failed due to a license error. The license you are using may impose model size limits (demo/community license) or you are using a GAMSPy incompatible professional license. Please contact sales@gams.com to find out about license options.

I tried installing the gamspy node licence and got NEOS to work with it. Due to problems with my environment I had to reinstall it multiple times and am now getting the error message:

gamspy.exceptions.ValidationError: The response code is not as expected (403).

Is there a way to use NEOS with the network license or a way to reset the node license?

Hi, indeed this is a bug and we will fix ASAP. That’s for unearthing this. I have also reset your local licenses, so you should be able to register your machine again with your current local license.
