Error 255

I have a MINLP model and I chose MINOS to solve the problem but it shows me the following error:

“Algorithm not suitable for process”

does it mean that MINOS cant solve this problem?

Hello,

the problem is that the specific algorithm is not suitable for solving MINLP problems.
If you go File → Options → Solvers (Tab) you will see which solver is suitable foe which kind of problem and what which solvers are full with your licence.

Thank you for your note. Yes you are right I checked other solvers and I didnt see such an error.
