Combining Matrices in GAMS

Hi GAMS users,
I’m wondering if you have any solution for my current problem:
I have a Jacobian matrix [J], which is a 6x8 matrix. This matrix
includes 4 matrices as follow: [J11], [J12], [J21], [J22], and their
dimensions in order are *(3x3),(3x3),(2X3) and (2x3).
I’m wondering if there is any way in GAMS that I can put these sub-
matrices together and have a single matrix [J].
Many thanks,
-MP
