Hi GAMS world!
I am running my GAMS codes with a workstation whose memory is 128 GB. However, during tests I encounter such an error: “terminated due to limits in single block nl code size exceeded” when memory used reaches 1610 mb. If it is possible, how can I increase this limit?

you cannot increase this limit. instead you should rearrange and adjust your code to work within the limit.
googling “gams” “single block” “nl code size” gives several likely hits including this one:

where your question is addressed directly.
you might consider a quick google search of the universe or just the gams sites before posting future questions, as this will get you your answer as quickly as possible.
