Removing a fixed value

How can I remove a fixed value from a variable?
I have a two stage algorithm. At the start of the first stage, some variable are fixed. However, in the second stage, some of these fixed variables should be unknown. Therefore, I want to remove the fixed values from them. How can I do it?

Hi Hossein:

Are you using GAMS to solve the same model twice ? If so, what about instead of fixing this variables, generating two different models, one with these variables fixed via equality constrains and the other without these equations.

Claudio
