power set

Hi!, could you please help me with this?
I need to formulate a power set, actually i already did it, i took the code show http://support.gams.com/doku.php?id=gams:formulate_a_power_set
but it took long time for a set of 20 elements, the thing is that i need use it for more than 20 element,
Does anyone know a faster way to formulate the power set,

Hi
As I know, in such cases a best way is changing the mathematical model.
For example in TSP/VRP formulation, we may deal with sub-tour
elimination constraints in three approach. In two of three we need to
define a power set (e.g. as you want), but in the third approach we
could formulate such constraints without requesting a power set.
Therefore number of constraints in the model will be reduced
significantly.
