To my knowledge, it’s not possible to use indices in MODEL definition.
you should find another solution.
for example you can define a parameter (for example State1, State2, …) for each equation that its value is same as set assigned to that equation and use $. then put your Solve statement in a 1 or 2 or more you need Loops, and change the value of States in a way that is suitable, OR find another solution.

tnx for fast respond
but u know that with e1,e2,… definition for equation I have to
define all equation individually and it’s not practical for larg model
with a lot of eqution

hello
I have a problem with “model” command
In my program I have some equation like e(t) that defined on set “t” but
when I use below statement GAMS return error!!!
Model ABCD /e1(t),e2(t)/
or
Model ABCD /e1(‘A’),e2(‘A’)/
…
in other words when I use “Model ABCD /all/” no error occurred, but I need
to choose some equations through all equations!
how i can fix this error?
sincerely
Saman
