Local Optimal Solution to Global Optimal Solution - tips?

Hello.
I am relatively new here - got some great help from this group. But I
have not figure out how to write an improved code that will solve an
NLP problem and give me a GLOBAL OPTIMAL solution. I get only local
optimality. Any tips?

Subbu,

NLP problems can be very difficult. You should try the global solvers available for the GAMS platform. You also may want to read some book(s) or review papers on global optimization.
