I can't implemet constraints for calculating some variables;

Hi,

I was trying to implement this linear model in GAMS and run with different parameters;

I wrote down the whole model with all constraints and wanted to see that really does to work, I set some parameters to run knowing the fact the objective value should equal to 2029.

But when I run this model, the objective function is calculated as zero and when I take a deep dive into the run results, I noticed that parameter T(j) may not have been calculated at all.

What I tried so far and my final model is attached ;

I’ve tried every possible and different way I can think of, but my objective value is always calculated as 0. Even the slightest advice can help me solve the problem.
