I want to develop economic dispatch model for a power system under
uncertainties condition. I never used GAMS before so need help to
solve a siple case study. Can any one pls?

Well, I am sort of a newbie, as well. You can refer to the example models in
the GAMS Model Library. Those models were very helpful when I started using
GAMS just a couple of years ago. Best of success for you.
