How to implement logical bi-conditional operator

i’m new to gams , read gams tutorial and didn’t find what i was looking for . maybe you guys can help me to find my answer.
i wan’t to determine a constraint as follow : GD=GP ↔ DT+TPGi<=PTj OR PTj+TPGj<=DTi
