How to get BARON's NODEOPT parameter?

Hello,

is it possible to get the value stored in BARON’s NODEOPT parameter?
If so, how? Since this is an easy way to determine whether a solution
has been found (compared to checking GAMS’ model status and solver
status), I would very much appreciate it…

Thanks for any help.

Best regards,

Hi,

GAMS does not give you access to this return code. Using modelstat/
solvestat is compatible across different solvers and therefore
preferred.

Dear Michael,

Thank you for the response. I guess I will have to write the condition
in a bit more complex manner than just “if(nodeopt eq -3, …);” :-I
