How to describe the relationship between equations?

Hi, everyone.
How to describe the relationship between equations?
In my model,I have two equations(EQ1 and EQ2) to represent constraint conditions, but they can’t be satisfied at the same time, but one of them should be satisfied( EQ1 or EQ2 is satisfied)
how can I show the relationship between EQ1 and EQ2?

Liu,

it is not a GAMS related question, please refer to some mathematical programming books ( e.g. H.P.Williams)

Best,
