thanks for your reply Ranger.
Not working properly meant results were not as expected… but actually I was doing some mistake…the written eqn is working.
Now the problem is solved.

Hi Parul
What do you mean by working properly? Is there an error, is the result not as expected?
Cheers

Subject: how to convert a eqn written for 2D matrix form to 3D matrix form
Dear All,
Pls help me to write this eqn for 3D matrix… it works successfully for 2D matrix.
the original eq is
eqv(i,j)$(ord(i) le ord(j))… V(i,j) =e= sum(k, L(i,k)*L(j,k));
I am writing it for 3D as
eqv(i,j,t)$(ord(i) le ord(j))… V(i,j,t) =e= sum(k, L(i,k,t)*L(j,k,t));
but it does not work properly.
here t is third index and i,j,k defines indexes of a 2D matrix.
thanks.
