How to change the Set, because for me decision variable is also the Set

Hello Everybody,

Thanks for the replies for my previous queries.

Now, i am bit strucked with the decision variable (which is the set)
in my problem.

obj = sum((i,j,m), cost(i,j,m))

m is the decision variable/set with the bounds 1 to 10.

is there anyway fix this problem.

Is there any way to change set size. Because the set size is the
decision variable to optimize.
