Greetings,

I have developed a heat exchanger network model for a project, aiming to identify the optimal connections among hot and cold streams along with utilities. The goal is to minimize the costs associated with hot and cold utilities using an MIP algorithm. While I’ve successfully determined the minimum connections, I am now seeking guidance on how to establish the specific connections between the streams. Any insights into modeling this problem or considerations for doing so would be greatly appreciated.
