Dear Rob
First, Thanks a lot for your great efforts and providing valuable open source materials in dynamic CGE modeling at VU University Amsterdam, and Wageningen University.
For your information, I’m very interested to work with your greatly sophisticated designed model (DEAN), but I could not find the GAMS codes of that. When I follow the link provided in your book, there are different self-study models but your model is not in that page.
So, may I ask you Please email me the updated URL.
Best Regards,
Masoud.

Dear Modi,
first a word of caution: national climate policy is not straighforward to model, as climate change is an international problem and mitigation actions cannot be seen independant of other region’s actions. I hope you are aware of this.
In my DEAN model, I have investigated several climate mitigation scenarios, in a dynamic CGE for the Netherlands that simulates several environmental themes simultaneously. You can find more information on DEAN in my 2005 book published by Edward Elgar (Modelling the costs of environmental policies; isbn 1845421094) and the associated model codes can be found on www.enr.wur.nl/uk/gams.
Enjoy the modelling,
Rob

Onderwerp: Help me please :Computable general equilibrium model for abatement greenhouse gas
Hello;
I’m training to develop a CGE to analyze the impact of many scenarios to reduce greenhouse gas by using general equilibrium model.
Can some one help me and transmit an example model for one country: the social account matrix, the model structure, Model Gams code, the hypothesis of elasticity, the armingtong hypothesis…;
Please help me as soon as possible and thank you in advance
