GDX solution file to big for Excel?

Hello,

I have problems with writing a GDX file containong the models solution
to an Excel file.
The GDX fiel is generated by the execute_unload command and is about
27 MB large.
When i try to write all symbols to an Excel file an error occurs
saying:
cannot write symbol “xxxx” to Excel file.

This symbol has about 1.500.000 number of elements. Could this be the
problem?

Are there any other ways to transform GDX files to Excel files?

Hello and thanks for the answer.
I found another way for solving the problem. Since the parameter is a
dynamic set don’t need it in the Excel file.
With the execute_unload command I write an GDX file containing only
the parameters I need in the Excel file.
