excel to gams, it's urgent!

Hi everybody, i need some help for my project that my subject is about
course timetabling. I need to arrange all datas in excel sheets and
i’m entering each data in excel sheets. After i enter data i need to
send it to gams. But i dont know how to arrange the datas, for example
course&lecturer datas should be in one sheet and i should send it to
gams in table. Like; course name ES105 and Lecturer’s name ABC. How
can i enter datas to excel compatible for gams? Does anybody have any
idea?
