CPLEX add on for GAMS

Hi All
I was wondering whether I can somehow use the full scale academic version of IBM CPLEX which I downloaded separately through my university for solving MILP problems in GAMS instead of the XPRESS or CONOPT solvers in GAMS solver options. I am running GAMS 23.6 full license version in which CPLEX is only DEMO version but CONOPT and XPRESS are full versions.

From what I know you should buy each license for different solvers.
