Hi GAMS user,

I am sorry if my question was already posted before. I tried to find related thread but I could not find it.

My question is how to define a constraint of the summed of some sets of decision variable?

Here is the problem.

Sets

T /t1*t5/
V /v1*v100/

Variables

P(V,T);

I want to make constraint that say:

P(V,T1) < M

and

P(V,T1) + P(V,T2) < M

.

.

.

P(V,T1) + P(V,T2) + … + P(V,T15) < M

## When we want to make the last constraint (that summing all P(V,T) for all T), it is easy to use sum(T, P(V,T)), but for remaining constraints, how we can define this?

Thank you.
